Delivery & Returns
Refund and Return Policy: All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted. Photo or video proof will be required for any defective or damaged products. If you have an issue with your product or you believe your product is defective, please contact supp. If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive your package, you will need to file a claim with the shipping provider. We are not responsible for delivery to the wrong address on the part of the carrier or for stolen packages. For assistance filing a claim USPS, UPS or FedEx, please contact support@crunchinwithcanna.com We will not reship or refund packages that are marked delivered. We can only cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you do not cancel your order before it has shipped, you will need to email support@crunchinwithcanna.com to inquire about a return.
